OVERVIEW	Fundamental psychology of the game and basic mechanics of puck control with Randy Takeuchi.

PROGRAM FEATURES	2 1/2 hours of on-ice instructions per day Basic Passing with Don Simonson Basic Shooting with Mike Teillet Intro to Nutrition with John Cowan Lectures from Don Simonson Introductory Equipment analysis with Bill Kastner Off-ice and Parking Lot sessions Video tape analysis with Charles Asselin's personal collection Theory and development sessions Awards and souvenirs

EVALUATION	Each student will receive a personalized "Evaluation and Theory Report" from Art Watanabe. Art will be available for comments and suggestions at the completion of the school.

Advanced Program

OVERVIEW	Building on the foundations of the Basic Program the Advanced program includes advanced psychology of the game and advanced mechanics of puck control with Randy Takeuchi.

Elite Program

OVERVIEW	An Intense One Week Program For Elite Level Players Extensive and Intensive training at the best level Artie and his crack staff have to offer. Learn from the best players in the sport.

PROGRAM FEATURES	3 hours of on-ice instructions per day Specialized instruction for forwards & defensemen by Art Elite Level Nutrition Analysis with John Cowan Full Body Hydration with Mike Teillet Extended Lectures from Don Simonson 2 hours off-ice and Parking Lot instruction daily Daily flexibility and physical conditioning with Charles Asselin Video tape analysis with Charles Asselin's personal collection Art Watanabe's special Mental Preparation for high performance athletes Performance Equipment with Bill Kastner Theory and development sessions Awards and souvenirs
